Web Design & Development Agreement

This Agreement is made between and Junkify Pro for the provision of web design and development services.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Junkify Pro agrees to perform web design and development services for . This includes but is not limited to:

Custom website design and layout
Development and implementation in WordPress
Basic site security setup
Responsive design for mobile and desktop
CMS dashboard access for future edits
Content and image migration (if applicable)

Any additional work outside of the agreed scope will require a new agreement.

2. PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES

is responsible for providing all required content, images, branding materials, and account logins necessary for the project.

Once the website is completed and handed over, assumes responsibility for its ongoing content, maintenance, and legal use.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project. This includes business strategies, customer data, marketing plans, and credentials.
Confidentiality obligations remain in effect after the end of this Agreement.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Upon full completion of the project, ownership of the website design and deliverables will be transferred to .
Junkify Pro retains the right to showcase the completed website in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

Junkify Pro warrants that all deliverables provided are original or properly licensed.

6. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement in writing if the other party materially breaches its obligations.
In such cases, any completed work up to the termination date remains payable.

7. GENERAL TERMS

Modifications: Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
Notices: All formal communications must be sent via email or other written means.
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in effect.
